  • All data is stored solely on the user’s device, and the Company does not access or collect any such information.
  • This policy is intended to clearly inform users of these principles.

2. Scope of Application

  • This policy applies to the entire Kitabase app.
  • Kitabase does not use any separate servers, web services, or external integrations.

3. Information Collection

  • Kitabase does not collect, store, or provide any personal information to third parties.
  • All data created by the user — such as notes and categories — is stored only in the local storage of the user’s device.
  • The Company has no access to this data.

4. Use and Sharing of Information

  • Since Kitabase does not transmit data to any server, the app does not use or share user information with any third party.

5. User Rights

  • Users can delete all app data directly within the app.
  • When the app is uninstalled, all information is completely removed from the device.

6. Security

  • Kitabase operates without a network connection, eliminating the risk of server hacking or external access.
  • The protection of data stored on the device follows the security policies of the user’s iOS operating system.

7. Subscription Management & Cross-Border Data Transfer

  • User subscription information is managed by RevenueCat Inc. (based in the United States).
  • Certain subscription-related data (receipts, transaction IDs, in-app subscription status) may be processed on RevenueCat servers.
  • RevenueCat operates in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies and applicable laws.
  • By using Kitabase, users agree to the transfer and processing of subscription-related data to the United States.
